Default ecu reseting

guys how do i reset the ecu on my car. i have an HR idk if there is a diff. it was posted on a thread recently but cant find it. its the one when u have to count the seconds and press on the gas couple of times.

If you have problems with the TS procedure, disconnect the battery and depress the brake pedal for a few seconds, if that fails, leave the battery disconnected overnight.
