Default Options on 06 engine rebuild ?

I had bought a 06 VQ Engine($700.00) from G35 that had app 400 miles on it , there was some problems with some minor noise so the Dealer simply replaced the Engine. It has been in a Engine Shop waiting for winter to roll around and it is time and I was wondering what would be the best bang for the buck.Any suggestions would be helpful. I already have a FI Setup now

Your post doesn't make it clear what you're trying to accomplish.

If you're already FI with a good motor, sell it... or...

Make it into a stroker motor...
