Default Sluggish in low revs

Hi all,

41k miles on my wagon (read Grand Touring Roadtser ) but I'm noticing it's getting really a little sluggish in the lower revs, with a little hesitation on pickup if I give it a good stomp on the throttle. Seems to get a little better once the engine is up to temp.

Any obvious things jump to mind?

Joel

Sounds like it might be time for a tune up ie(spark plugs, air filter, fuel filter etc.)

sometimes when you really step on it you get wheelspin and then the fuel is cut.

try turning off VDC/TCS but this is at your own risk of course.

Can anyone recommend plugs that are well suited/preferred?

Also, any general thoughts on the Pop CHarger versus a K&N drop-in replacement... or is that a huge ball of wax in itself???

Here is a link to a decent plug http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/12-3112 . Also it may be time to give the MAF a cleaning as well, just something to think about. Why do you ask about a Pop Charger versus a K&N drop-in filter? I personally would rather have the Pop Charger.
