Default Flywheels -- Nismo vs. Jwt/Act

I have an '03 NA with MD 5/16", K&N Typhoon, Nismo Catback -- with that said, I am looking to replace the clutch, flywheel, pressure plate in the next few months. This is not my DD, but I am concerned about driveability of a 14lb flywheel. I have searched and cannot find the reason why some here have replaced with Nismo flywheel, only to pull it back out a short time later.
Is there enough difference felt while driving to justify the Nismo, or is the much lighter JWT or ACT the way to go. Thanks for your input.

Jwt if you plan on keeping your car a long time, due to the fact you can replace the friction surface. i have a clutch masters 10.5lbs flywheel and its very streetable. so i can only imagine the jwt is great itself.

the NISMO one yields a difference, but its not as dramatic as the lighter units. The NISMO though is probably the quiestest aftermarket unit

Personally I prefer one piece units, since there is no need to fuss over replacing the friction surface (which if you get wrong can lead to big time problems). The one piece lightweight units from NISMO, ACT and JUN, etc can be simply resurfaced when needed, and since there are no rivets, etc, there is nothing to potentially fail

I have the JWT clutch and the ACT prolite flywheel and it is very streetable as well. I love this combo and would not go back to stock for anything.

I have the Nismo flywheel and it's very nice. I can't compare it to the other ones, however I could answer any specific questions you might have.

I have had a jwt for over a year and I can hardly hear it. Sometimes it makes some noise but 90% of the time you will never hear it. The good thing about the JWT you can use a 300zx twin turbo clutch its drilled for both. I have a JWT flywheel and clutch. I compared it to a stock wrx sti clutch and it had the same number on the disc. I have made like 40 drag passes on it, and wasted 4 sets of rear tires and still doesnt slip.
