I'm considering getting a set myself. I'm going with a APS TT this summer and want to make sure that this is a good supporting mod first. Underdrive will obviously slow down your alt and water pump which will slow the charging system and diminish your cooling. My main concern with the undrive set is the cooling especially going with a TT set up.

Do these pulleys have steel inserts? If not, the all aluminum ones have been known to tear/ break the alignment notch... I think the UR ones have a decent track record though... Although I wouldn't run a pulley personally due to possible premature wear on the block/ bearings/ etc...

Yes they do we are currently having a special on them right now. As for the block/ bearings ware weve never heard of or encountered this problem the stock pully is not dampned much there is only a small rubber insert that will eventually get hard and wont do much. Weve put them on many a TT 350 with great success no problems from them yet. I posted the 2 other threads on them if you look at the pictures you can see the steel sleeve on the crank pulley and the over all quality of these pulley's. I dont personally have any on my car but one of the other guys here does and he has had no problems and its been to the track quite a few times.

Several regional members are running these, with no reported problems.
My set will be installed once the weather here gets nicer.
Although, they do look pretty good on my desk..
