Hello, i just got an EXEDY RACING STAGE 1 clutch and act streetlite flywheel installed and now when shifting from 1 to 2 and sometimes 2 to 3 i hear a bump from my rear-end , it sounds like its the drive shaft and rear diff , I never heard it before the install, but the clutch locks harder and faster then my old oem one , is it my driving or did they not do something right when they installed it, Thanks for the help

 

^what year is your z?
Is it a clicking sound you hear? or a definitive bump?
Their is a TSB with regard to rear axle clicking, you may want to take a look at it.

 

No its not that its like i am letting of the clutch to fast or something and the back end jumps, i had the clicking problem and had that fixed
