Default Considering buying REV UP motor for turbo swap

ok i have a guy that is willing to sell me a brand new zero miles 350z REV UP motor (just short block w/ head only)-(no wires no ecu) for $800... he also has the normal 350 VQ35 motors for $700...all motors are still NEW on crate still saran wrapped...i am considering using the rev up for the turbo package... there are only a few questions i have concerning the motor...

1. is there any way to tell a rev up vs. the original VQ35 if so how?
2. what year z does this rev up come from and will it have any issues bolting up to my 05 tranny & 05 mounts?
3. what ecu should i run if the swap is even possible?
4. if i went with the swap, what issues might i run into or should/could be expected?

thanks a bunch.

As far as I know, as long as you get an ECU from a rev-up model(maybe a wrecked Z) everything else should bolt right up.

I'm not sure how to tell the rev-up block from the original VQ.

Can you pm me this guys info? I'm looking for a block for my turbo build as well.

i know that the revup is a 7k redline motor and is 300hp out the box, the revup also came from the 05 track model (i think) and the 35th anniversary edition but i have no idea how to tell the 2 motors apart while they are on the crate...
