I believe Tony from Motordyne said his v2 dyno'd about 7whp less than his v1, if I recall correctly.

How can be distinguished? is there any noticciably difference between the V1 and the V2? and any other internal difference?

I think the V2 dyno'd 293 at the crank SAE....I believe because it was dynod on the new standards like the HR was dyno'd on. should be around the same wheel horsepower. Dunno though, they just ordered my V2 up, gonna put the APS tests on there, save up and put a spacer on then dyno it just for kicks.

Tony has a mustang dyno at his shop. He dyno'd both the v1 and then the v2 when he got it (can't find the thread now). I thought he said the v2 dyno'd 7whp less than the v1 on his dyno. Hopefully he'll chime in at some point...

really? interesting.... so technically the V2 is 7 bhp less because it was tested using new sae standards? that sucks though, so the V2 is a weaker motor?
