Where can I find these gears you speak of? And are you talking of replacing the rear end, or the gears in the tranny? Secondly and Im sure this has been posted and written about, can I swap the diff out of an automatic to my 6 speed. I hear its like 353 to 393 gears.

To do it precisely and end up within specs 8 hours is not uncommon for those that do it all the time. 10 hours would not be uncommon.
Depends on how precisely you set it up. Good enough to last 12 month 12k or perfect enough to last the usual oem 10 years 150k.
