Would a cold air intake work for air ducts???

are talking about something like the varis air duct? then not really, considering a cold air intake is down low inside the bumper, the air duct is mainly for short rams, or the stock intake box.

Awwww. I bought a nismo cai along with an air duct. I didn't realize that it was intended for short ram. I don't suppose nismo makes short ram, do they? Is there an way I could make it work?

actually the nismo cai can be a short ram, just don't use the lower section of the kit.

Intake ducts are more for looks than anything else.
