I was gonna buy gtspec braces, so I was browsing through their website and I ran into this pic. What is the device right underneath the gtspec brace? It has some sort of a motor/pump attached to it. I just can't figure it out.. Anyone care to enlighten me??

 

Some sort of HICAS system? Although i know that the Z doesn't come with one.

 

Pump for a Methanol kit perhaps.

 

I think you are right. It's the electronic super HICAS. I didn't know 06+ G35s have them... I wonder if I could transplant one in my Z.. Now that's a cool project~

 

for serious handling you would ditch any such rear wheel steering system, not add it

 

Just saw one the other day on an 06 G , The Ingen exhaust didnt fit cause of it.

 

Yeah, you are right... I like to drift, so HICAS is not for me...
