Nexx just because you asked for it.
Run 4, 5, 6 before headers and run 5 was the best before
Run 7, 8, 9, after headers and run 8 was the best so I had them over lay 5 and 8.
Speaks for it self. Small change in peak numbers but I did not give a hoot about the peak.

Guys... Those are first corrected numbers. I bet he's in the high 190's or low 200 uncorrected. I did pretty much the same bolt-ons; PopCharger, 5/16th spacer, UR Pulley, APS TP, & Stillen exhuast. When I did my UTEC tune I didn't gain any peak whp and only 5 peak wtq. However my mid-range power gains were around 10-16whp/wtq. Sadly Asain N/A bolt-ons just don't produce on the VQ. I also agree that the cost-to-gains of headers aren't worth the investment. I'd invest in 3.9 gearing.

Edit: nevermind i just read last page.

the test pipes are what made his dyno sooo low, i had them on my car and unless you are FI they will slow you down....not enough back pressure....i got dynoed today at the stillen meet and put 247 rwhp and 233 rwtq with basic mods no test pipes no headers no tune intake exhaust ur crank pulley motordyne 5/16th spacer 2* timing advance.

The whole NA thing was a total waste of time, I will be turbo by the end of this year... something worth while.

Keep everything else. (Except maybe the heavy stereo system) I like a good stereo too.
Your exhaust is certaintly better than stock, but I would use a dual 2.5" as a minimum for FI. Dual 2.5" should be good to at least ~425 HP.

The turbonetics reflash is basically made for a stock Z with the kit, hopefully Ill put out more than 350whp, but that is my goal.
