Default clicking?

so ive got an 03 z ive had for about a year with 47k miles, bought it with 24k

for about the past 10k miles ive noticed a clicking coming from what sounds to be the front passenger side wheel, its only when im giving it gas or letting off the gas, clutch too

i stopped by a nissan dealer and they said it could be the splines in the rear axle needing to be lubricated?

ive broken tranny mounts before and honestly it sounds pretty identicle to it but i havent noticed anything different about how its driving, as far as i can tell its fine, just annoying as all hell

anyone have any idea if this is true or is the dealer just trying to bone me?
