Default horsepower

Heres the deal ive had my car for about a year now and bave done a few things to it. Such as JIC titnium single exhaust, and jwt pop charger. Performance wise that is i have done cosmetic stuff also, I have about $2500 to do some upgrades and i want o do it under the hood. Any advice, I was thining of gitting the cosworth intake, Injectors and emange or a utec? or a set of headers, or i was going to go turbonetic if i can find the right one a a good used price. But i really like the look of the cosworth intake. What can i do to ge the most for my money, using the cosworth or not? and what injectors should i run, i see guys running the 440cc, do they have to retune or run a fmu of some kind?

Thanks

popcharger over the costnotworth intake. plenum spacer and testpipes should be your next mod + crank pulley. you don't need bigger injectors for NA setup.

Cosworth is good for FI high boost, high RPM.
Any kind of test pipe is good as long as it doesn't cack.
Dont do a crank pulley. They can cause bearing leaks.
Motordyne makes the best plenum spacers.

Why do you want injectors with bolt-ons? This isnt a Honda we dont do those mods unless NA or seriously built NA. Id do test pipes, plenum spacer, and a utec tuned. Headers wont do squat IMO without cams. Neither will most of you rNA mods without some sort of tune.

Otherwise don't waste your $$$ on headers.

Either get a nitrous setup, a plenum spacer, a tunable EMS such as the UTEC, or keep saving for a forced induction setup. Anything else, for the dollar, really isn't worth your money.

That JIC exhaust is taking away power. I'll take it off your hands.

N02!

But I would probably work on suspension sooner than later.

1. test pipes/high flow cats (won't many any significant power difference with either one...just comes down to your tolerance for noise/small/cost

2. cosworth manifold is not for you, get a spacer

3. 3.9 (if the car is a 2003-2005, or 4.08 if the car is a 2005 track (with revup) -2007 final drive.

4. utec
