Im not promoting any shop. Truth is your a joke who posts crap all the time, especially what I have highlighted above. Stick to arguing over CAI's vs SR's and getting laughed at.

Updates? Wtf, every times i would call it was something different. I guess it was because a girl called i dont know. I have delt with some shops with awsome costumer service that will always tell you whats up straight out from the bat. Not beating around the bush leaving you pending so you wont cancel the order. Actually, im going for my MBA in business now. Just how some shops work. They maybe were caught up, good for them but they should of told her from the biggining that it wouldnt take a week like they did, instead, 3 weeks into it i they still have not been made.

wow, this is pretty surprising. I personally know Mike the owner and cannot see his company or its employees d!cking people around like that. I do know however that their products are hand made one by one and not off some giant machine laden assembly line. This being said I can totally understand delays. The miscommuncation issue... I cannot. Goodluck though!

funny dude.... years...

We all have issues, especially when you are in the repair business as Mike and I are. There is a gentle balance of scheduling to be done to make everyone happy, and it is quite easily disrupted. All we can do is attempt to appease the customer as best as possible. I am sure if Chinny got on the horn him self and asked for a manager or even Mike they would have made every possible attempt to make all good. Milkes issues a bit more complex because he is acutally manufacturing product as well. Keep badmouthing the people who are trying to make really cool things for our vehicles and pioneer performance and we will have noone to turn to when they are out of business. Give the guy a break already.

I bought parts from AAM as well, and there was a delay with an intake, but they called me shortly after i made the order and told me it would be delayed a few days. No biggie for me, but as for customer service, it could be hit or miss or who you end up dealing with.

well since you asked... I work at a Dealership in Gaithersburg, Md. We used to be Victory but were bought April 1 by Criswell. They are a big company that loves sportscars and mods. This means we are definitely a mod-friendly Nissan Dealer. June 21st we will be having an all Nissan/Infiniti show and shine/meet and greet. Hang tight I will be posting it next week with more information.

My money doesn't grow on trees (although it is supposed to be paper). I just got done dealing with TH Motorsports and waited over 1 month and half for pads, rotors, and lines...one month i could have had my money in the bank making money and not in some slackass's pocket. Worst customer service ever. OP, I feel your pain, at some point it becomes principle and not 'just parts'
