My gf placed and order for test pipes so i can get on my bday, April 8th. Well it turns out to be that some "car club" ordered 5 exhausts and my test pipes havent even "been built" yet. Different excuses all the time, now they even said they had a dub show, idk whats going on either my gf is lying or People at AAM are horrible with service, the worst part is that they already charged her, still no test pipes. Lets see what sharif can do!

OP, when dealing with shops, I wouldn't make purchases unless the shop you are using has the item in stock. Don't use the web and make sure you get a confirmation.

OP-get you rmoney back, and order elsewhere. I feel bad that your GF didnt know about them.

Well, I ordered TPs, and before they charged my card, they called me and said there would be a week delay because a lot had been ordered and I was in line for the HR pipes. Whether or not that was true, they still called to make sure I was aware of the delay prior to running the account, and they called me with tracking info as soon as they shipped, unrequested by me btw. Perhaps I got lucky.

On behalf of the entire shop, I want to apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you on the delay of your order. To be honest, I'm not even sure if we're talking about the same person, but I recently had a female customer(I won't disclose her name) from Miami(same city as you) who wanted to purchase HR Test Pipes, so I'm assuming that this is the person you are referencing. If I had made an incorrect assumption, please disregard the following information, or mods delete this post. I suggested to her that I wouldn't charge her card until the product was in box ready to ship, and I did not bill her for any amount, however her test pipe order was put in line to be put into production. I mentioned to her that our test pipes are a very popular product for us, and we had a number of orders for test pipes, full catback exhausts, and many other exhaust products already payed for and awaiting production, and its only fair that we process the orders in the sequence they are received. I also suggested to her that I could send the products in an expedited shipping method(she wanted regular ground) when the product would be ready ship, with no extra cost to her. Eventually she ended up canceling her order, I apologized to her for the inconvenience, and we parted ways on good terms.

I was talking to my gf about this right now and you dont want to hear what she has to say about AAM. I rather not even say it, im not that type. And yes, shes the same person we are speaking about, actually, she did everything with YOU.

same here, i ordered their 3"single sxhaust Ti, "y" pipe and TP a few weeks ago. I got the exhaust and "y" pipe quick and recieved a phone call when they shipped it + tracking #
test pipes took a while but was informed by jason (i think that was his name) when i called that they were on a 1-2 week delay, no biggie i was in no rush to get them. IMO, great customer service and would definitely buy from them again.
What makes you guys think i will order anything from you guys ever again after this experience? Is this a mock? Wtf, dude i ordered from ART and they shipped out my order the next day. Idk whats going on with AAM they prolly need to hire more people, if your products are so popular why not go into production with them quicker? I dont know, but near 1 month to get my TP's is ridiculous. Not even cheap *** EBAY sellers take that long to ship.

IMO, great customer service and would definitely buy from them again.

sometimes you need to have patience when ordering stuff. I've had plenty of reputable shops delay my order.. shiat happens. As a matter of fact, about 80% of my car parts that ordered have gotten delayed. Now, it's all about local shops having them in stock and me picking them up... unless it's a rare item, in which case I'm willing to wait for a long time.
