Default Polyurethane shifter bushings

Is there any on the market for 350Zs because it seems like nobody makes it? I don't know about the older 350Zs, but my 08' shifter feels rubbery and I would like more of that "snick-snick" feel.

well if those "bushing" type rubber pieces that surround the metal shaft through which the bolt that connects the linkage to the shifter feeds, aren't bushings what are they?
