Adding just a spacer makes only a very small change in A/F ratio.
If that's all you have, you will never need a tune unless your car came from the factory lean. And that's very rare.
"Most" people can put on a intake, spacer, test pipes and a catback and not require a tune. It will, however, be better with a tune.
And in the rare occasion when the car starts off lean, and all these mods are added, a tune will make really good gains. Sometimes as much as 10-15 HP.

I got lucky . I have a G35 Sedan that ran WOT 14.0 lean since day one. Even when 100% stock it ran lean. At idle it ran 17's.
And I've been to enough dyno days to see enough vehicles dynod to see the spread in A/F ratio. They generally run high 12's to 13's. This is the norm.
But I've seen some stock vehicles run in as low as the 11's and as high as the 15's.

No you should be fine. I think I will need a tune:
Megan Test Pipes
Y pipe
Magnaflow Catback
Aem Cold Air Intake
Motordyne 5/16" Plenum Spacer
Helix Throttle Body Spacer
Competition Clutch Stage 2
Comp Light Weight Flywheel
Braided Clutch Hose

There is no such things that you have to do, ECU reflash is recommend when you are done mods.
