I was wondering if the single muffler of the dual borla exhaust takes away any possible power gains. It seems like the whole point of having a better flowing dual exhaust is diminished by linking the pipes to a single muffler. I am interested in buying the borla dual, so any opinions wil be appreciated. This might be the only reason why i might consider the injen exhaust.

 

The pipes maintain their integrity through the muffler.... Borla says if you put a ping pong ball in the right pipe at the cat, it will shoot out on the left, and likewise left will shoot out on right...

 

He also said that the ***** will never touch. So they maintain seperate paths. The only part where they are connected is at the H pipe right after the cats.
