Does anybody happen to know off hand what the inside diameter of the circled hose is? 5/8" or 3/4"?

Can't you just disconnect & measure the ID

I know the H2o temp should be connected to the big upper hose next to the circled smaller hose but would it make any big diff. if i tapped into the smaller circled hose instead, right next to the larger upper hose?
