Default OSGiken TR2CD Twin Plate Clutch & Superlock LSD *Picts!*

Special Thanks to OS Giken USA (Toyota Tsusho America) for the Sponsorship! I just received my OS Giken TR2CD Twin Plate clutch & Superlock LSD type S (1.5way) for my Z.

Clutch is a 215mm disc w/ Spring Dampener and Aluminum cover. Entire Clutch and flywheel assembly weights approx 38 pounds, definitely heavier than most combos, but the from other OS giken owners, clutch feel should be very similar to stock and hold up for any potential power additions i have planned (evil snicker). LSD weighs 25 pounds.

Clutch so pretty too.. AND in Bruin Gold. woot.

Like I just won a golf tourney!

LSD!

Parts set to go in the car along with other. um. modifications soon. will post a review asap!

Technosquare Inc. is an Authorized Dealer of OS Giken USA parts and will be doing the installation.

Awesome. Congrads. You'll Enjoy the clutch!

I've been running an OS Giken STR integrated twin clutch and flywheel for awhile now

If it's anything like mine, the material is cerametallic (Sintered iron) so it will take a lot of abuse and although a little touchy, it will be very streetable.

Looking forward to your driving impressions and nice choice on drivetrain mod's

That's actually Technosquare's tuning room. Lots of neat things in there.

I finished installing my STR2CD,including all the accessories purchased Wilwood MC and HD CSC from Zspeedperformance.com (awesome online Z store by the way). I did the bleeding and so on,I even made an attempt as to putting it into gear, but that's didn't happen, any ideas on what's wrong with the install? How stiff is the clutch pedal supposed to be? On that note, I torqued everything to spec.

the str2cd is going in my Z tried bleeding it, dropped the transmission again. re-torqued the aluminum cover then re-installed the transmission. any idea as to why the CSC isn't engaging the pressure cover?

Super late post:
I enjoy the OS Giken STR2CD clutch kit, the Wilwood M.cylinder, and the HD CSC kit, purchased at Zspeed.

Sampled the clutch and sat on the drag strip 1st-through-3rd gear. Not to state the obvious, I had to draw off the accelerator; after the initial launch, I ended up rolling off and down the strip at 3rd, 4th, and 5th gear nearing a 100mph. No biggy though. I'll put the staggered-offsets back on my nismo. Thank you all at Zspeed.
