So I have to pull my engine so Ill be starting a build

I want to go FI now since ill have motor pulled. Im going to upgrade to a stage 1 block first. And then i dont know what FI kit to go with im in a budget of $3-5,500 for a kit. DO the kits come with everything i need just install and go.
