sorry...i was at work and had to make it quick. wasnt too clear. i got the codes (and description) but why would both of those appear at once? and would this cause severe hesitation when stepping on the gas AFTER warming up (10 min or so of driving). after that time period i have basically no power, even downshifting does squat....any ideas?

The evap code will not do anything but the knock code will pull timing which will reduce power.

Pulling codes is one thing to guide you to the problem but you need a good tech to find the root cause.A dtc code just points a tech to the area were the problem is.....but it takes a good tech time to find the actual problem. You need to find a good tech to figure out your problem cause it is probably not going to happen on a forum.
