Default low H/P gains from utec

so i got my car tuned yesterday and the base run was 260 H/P. i have a 06 rev up with intake motordyne 5/16 spacer and mrev2, crank pulley, crawford high flow cats, and hks tru dual exshaust. after about 3 hours of tuning the guy calls it quit and the result was a crazy 261 H/P lol. now my question is, are these normal gains for the utec or did i get a very bad tune?
anyway please give me your comments or insults if its a dumb question.

i wouldnt always concentrate on peak horsepower. overlay the base and tuned graphs and see what you gain throughout the powerband, not just at peak.

Question

Dude, where in Houston did you get this tune?

Please provide the information so residents in Houston will know what to look out for.

There's alot of variables here.I wouldn't see it being the shops fault if your car is BASCIALLY stock which it probable is.I'd expect more if you had camshafts, bigger valves. I wouldn't expect much from just getting a aftermarket EMS.Now if you had a car that was already boosted and thats all you saw I'd say go somewhere else.
