Default slight engine hesitation between 3500 and 4500

recently my 2004.5 has started to hesitate under light-medium exceleration. it only does it at certain rpms between 35-45 and its not constant between those rpms. the hesitation is not extremely bad but seemsto slowely be getting worse... the car has 29,000 miles i bought it at 20,000 last year. my mods are nismo cold air motordyne spacer and xo2 true dual. i know the true dual is leaking but it was leaking b4 the hesitation started and the intake and spacer have been on for much longer before this issue started... my only guess as to whats wrong is either i need new plus and or wires or maybe a fuel filter clogg? any one else have any suggestions. o and no cels

thanks
