Interest in gauge pillars?

Hmmmm, if I did go FI, I would prefer some gauges that are more stealth. If I pull up to someone, and they see all those gauges right on the window, then they know I have something up my sleeve. I do prefer a setup that doesn't stand out, if possible. Is that possible, and where in the Z can I put them??

hey bill, there is ALOT of hoops to jump through for this! lotec e-mailed me a sheet on EXACTLY what we would need to do to get this ball rolling. p/m me your e-maik add. and ill foward it to you. but your going to need to give them 2 pillars (one grey, one black ) and they will not return them! we will need like 30 prepaid orders just to start! i cant remember all the details, but like i said ill e-mail them to you! mabey it will be easier cuz your so close to them?? i hope so! good luck man!

You can always go with a single din stereo, and get a Din panel, and throw 3 gauges there. Or, if you don't have navigation system, throw it in there and close the door. I was going to go with the Din setup, but I have 60mm gauges, and wouldn't really fit there, only 52mm will fit there I believe.

Will these gauges be easy for everyone outside the car to see, even with a little tint on the car (not limbo or real dark tint)???

That fire extinguisher looks like it's in an awfully dangerous position.
In a wreck, looks like it could take a chunk out of your passenger's head. It might interfere with airbag deployment too.

But, will match the stock pillar color. I have to get off of my *** and call these guys back.

I had a Lotec full pillar mod in my 99 GSX Eclipse and the fitment was perfect, matched the stock color great. The only problem is you need to use either double sided tape, velcro, or what I did is drill a small hole (in the pillar) and a nice little plastic fastener about 1 1/2" long through the Lotec and secured it to the pillar.
Worked perfect and Stayed nice and tight because the dash held the bottom very snugly.
The last thing you want is someone ripping your velcro/taped up gauges that cost $100 - $200 each out while your running into the 7-Eleven for beer. Or in the hot summer sun going around the corner and having the hole setup falling into your lap (happened to me) because the tape gave out..
.Just something to think about when installing it, because i'm pretty sure Lotec will not put the stock fasteners in where they should be.
Sorry for the long post....

The word is, I'm waiting for 2 pillars from Nissan, ordered them last week and still waiting, should be here this week. When I get those, I will take them down and they will do what they have to do to produce them. I figure 40 should be enough for now?
Cost, $100,000.00
No idea on the cost yet, I don't want to guess, but I'll call them and see what they will charge for these.
