AC clutch issue? pls help!
ok guys im sure i can get a quick response from someone here about this.
So I made a thread earliear about my a/c belt snapping. Well turns out when the A/C belt snapped it ripped this cord ( black cord in the picture, its the coil cord) out from the clutch.
My question is what do i do to fix this? Do I have to remove the compressor and take the clutch off? is there more coil inside to lengthen it out again? can it be soldered back or wrapped back up to the connector? is the compressor garbage now? whats the easiest way to fix this. my a/c has been helll.... first on the original compressor the clutch broke off at the track somehow. then i buy a new compressor install it and then the idler pulley falls off and belt snaps. now the belt snap caused this wire to rip out.... please help its 95 in chicago lately lol...
