Fuel Gauge Problem!!!

So my fuel gauge and my digital gauge are reading wrong i put gas in and it says i have none. or in like 5 min it changes to 25 miles or so anybody else have this problem and help plz.

Did you change anything on the car when the problem started? If not, I would have to assume the sender in the tank went bad. Or the float could have gotten stuck down for some reason.
