Unhappy clutch

Hi, my brother last night just had the dramatic clutch sticks to the floor incident happen. I have had this problem before and nissan said that my clutch line wasnt caped, well i did that and it fix my problem. So my brother does the same thing goes to nissan and ask hey cap my line. Well they say they cant becuase there blaming his exhuast becuase of his test pipes and that its what causing the clutch line to over heat. They say they cant cover it under warrenty. The funny thing is i have already had this problem when i was stock and they capped it and i have been fine sense. SO i guess the question is can they really do this? When they have done very little driving to reproduce the problem? Is there a way to so call " GO over there Heads?" Any help from the forum would be much appreciated.

Yes, they can blame his test pipes, and yes, the test pipes can be contributing to the problem.

Do a search and get the info to take care of the issue yourself. It's not very difficult to fix and it's thoroughly documented. Good luck.
