Default Clutch kit issue??? HELP

Ok fellas i need some help. I am rolling an 06' base and got caught in a flash flood storm here in Houston. $13,800 insurance claim in flood damage. Yep the NISMO CAI took in a **** load of water there you have it...Hidrostatic Lock. Brand new motor, throttle body and a couple other things. I purchased the Complete NISMO clutch kit (while we were waiting for the motor to come in) and they put it all togher and i drove it off. Well now i have some type of vibrating/humming noise at different RPM's so i took it back. We thought it might be some type of heat shield but discovered the noise was coming from inside the tranny. Insurance said they wouldnt pay for a tranny under the flood damage so the nissan service manager was cool enough to say screw it, we will just warranty you a new one under the 5 year 60,000 mile drive train warranty. Low and behold the same frickin noise is happening with the new tranny. The good news is i have a brand new motor/clitch kit and tranny for a $500 deductible and the cost of the clutch kit on a car with around 49,000 miles. My question is, does a NISMO clutch kit normally make some type of humming noise. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

If you got the lighten flywheel that would be the noise that you are hearing... I have the same noise after I installed the JWT clutch and flywheel.

Yes i did get the aluminum NISMO flywheel. I hope this is normal then. I have a lot of trust and respect for my guy at nissan as he has assured me the istallation was absolutely correct. I must say the car runs extremely solid and i am loving it. aside from the NISMO CAI and Clutch kit i also have the eibach sportline springs.
