Default Engine Wiring Harness *NEED HELP!!!*

hey everyone. I'm rebuilding a theft recovery 350z and I had to replace the main wiring harness that controls the abs, traction control, lights, horn, fuse block, etc. Anyways, the harness goes through the fire wall and into the dash as well. I have everything unhooked and now I'm trying to figure ou the best way to remove it. Once the harness comes through the firewall by the drivers side, it must go under the brake lines to the other side where the battery and fuse block are. I'm not sure the best way to approach this. If I should take it from right to left, or left to right, or something altogether differently. I might even need to remove the brake klines but i'd really rather not. Here are some pics with captions to express what i mean further. Thanks for looking! here are some pics

I was told a possible way is to de-pin the fuse box and reverse feed it... what about that? Opinions?
