Default New JWT clutch and flywheel Problems

I've got a 2003 track with 50k. At like 49.5 the clutch started slipping and went out within 2 weeks. Got it back today with the JWT clutch(carbon not 6puck) and flywheel. The car shutters horribly starting in first, and also in second. Also when i am downshifting into 2nd or 3rd i can feel the clutch slipping before it grabs. When the car is idleing with the clutch out it rattles horribly. When you give it gas sitting still or press in the clutch the rattling stops. Was told it was the throwout bearing was bad but a new one was installed with the clutch. Any thoughts? Much appreciated

Nothing wrong with throw out bearing, welcome to light flywheel club. Btw, put " chatter " on search section, you will find an answer easy.

After market clutch-flywheel combinations make noises. Some more some less than others. Over the next couple of hundred miles the engagement point may change. You may want to have it adjusted.

“Streetablity” will improve naturally as you alter your pedal technique. In other words you get accustomed to it.

Welcome to our world. I thought the same thing too. I even thought we put the clutch in wrong and something was loose. It's just the way our cars sound with lightend flywheels. I to have the JWT combo and the chatter is loud at first but you'll eventually get used to it and you won't even notice it. I don't even notice mine anymore and I've become used to shifting now.
