Doesn't do absolutely jack crap but look pretty (in some cases, at that). Don't bother. In fact, while you're at it, don't bother with the intake either. Get a K&N drop in, 5/16's plenum spacer, and maybe a quality exhaust. Pretty much everything else has been shown to be BS.

Also, if you have a "revup" motor MREV2 lower intake manifold may be worth a shot too.

Pulleys were popular 6 years ago when the potential for other mods was limited. Today there are better alternatives.

If you're looking for the best bang for your buck gaines +1 on plenum spacer (add Mrev2 for revups). Pulley's were popular when the Z33 first came out because aftemarket mods were scarce and weren't as widely produced as now. Aside from looks, you will accelerate faster on the lower end. Its not that big of a difference but you will feel it on a butt dyno. There are independent boasts of the lightened OEM sized crank pulley to gain as much as 10hp, but I have yet to see actual dyno tests. Put it this way, a pulley by "itself "won't get you much gains, but if you use it to compliment a tuned mild to wild n/a build, the lightness of the crank pulley will become a factor to the added performance and contribute to the overall gain in power.
