Default How tough to change Pulleys?

I'm looking at doing a Pulley swap, something lightweight and wondering how tough it is to get ours off, I always hear how much of a PITA they are to changeover, and what all is involved/ special tools?.. thanks

Really the worst part is breaking loose the stock bolt holding the Crank pulley. Check the DIY not too bad though.
