Default Quick question about fuel gauge

I need to get a t fitting for the sender, but i don't want the dynotune fitting, as there going to charge me 30 bucks just to ship a little piece of crap to Spain!!!! I have a marine hydraulic store nearby where i can get the fitting in stainless steel, but i don't know the measurements of the part i need. I'm out of the country at the moment and can't get access to the car to measure the fuel line. I've tried searching and i've looked in the Workshop Manual and i can't find anything.
Could someone tell me what size the fuel line going to the engine is. I know the sender i'm putting in is 1/8, but i need to know what sort of fitting i need to fit. My plan was to just stick a standard hydraulic t-fitting in the fuel line just before the engine somewhere.

Thanks guys

OK. So i've been doing a bit more research, and it seems some people have just put a brass T-fitting on the rubber hose that come off the front of the fuel damper. Is this ok too? If so, could someone let me know the internal diameter of this hose?

Thanks

I'm looking for the answer to that same question. I'll keep you posted if I find out.
