I own a 2003 350z with the 6 speed trans. I already know the factory problem with the syncros. I'm planing to rebuild the transmit ion, but i need your help to make sure i buy the updated parts . Other alternative is to buy performance parts, because i go to solo cross when i can. All the help will be appreciated.

 

I am in the same postiion. My 3rd gear syncro went out and need to fix. I would like to install performance parts but haven't found any place to purchase. Any suggestions?

 

Ahh same boat. It is usually 3rd first then 5th. Your better off finding the revised transmission and just swap it.

 

Been there done that. Found a 2004 tranny, swapped, but then 5th went out on that. I plan to take the OEM with 3rd out and rebuild. As long as I have to rebuild, it would be nice to install performance parts.
