I need a nismo lsd so I don't void my warranty however I cant find any (was gonna buy one with my tax return YAY!)

grrr... I know nissan discontinued it but why aren't there any at all, there has to be somone with one new sitting in a box? Even the nismo edition comes with a vicious so I can't even order it from parts WTF?

 

Adding a Nismo LSD isn't going to save your warranty. It comes with its own, just like any other aftermarket part you buy and install. Unless the dealer installs a Nismo part at delivery time, there's really no benefit to the warranty - all you get is the normal new parts warranty.

 

the NISMO diff is not protected under your warranty as it's an R Tune product

modding and warranty tend to not peacefully co-exist. Pick one or the other, but don't count on having both
