No. Stock headers joins into a single mid pipe by a "Y" pipe, then it splits up into 2 to the muffler. This one will just replace the stock muffler and extend the piping to the mid pipe. IMHO, it does not looks like it will produce anywhere near they claimed. And what the hell is XOXO anyways?
