Fuel delivery for NA

Would upgrading the fuel components on a NA car improve anything?

like....

fuel pump
fuel rail
injectors
etc.......

Would any of these do any good for a NA Z?

I dont think any of those will help out, some may help you run richer. You need something to control the extra fuel. If you buy a SAFC-II to help control the fuel injectors, then you might get some extra power out with some tuning.
