Default Back in for tranny work

Ok so took it back in before my warranty ran out on the 03 z. The new cd009 tranny has a bad throwout bearing. They are oging to tear into it tommorow. I got a new pressure plate and clutch last time. but now have almost 12k miles on it. I would like to replace the flywheel since they are in there, one less thing to worry about since it is a mod i want to do any ways. No mods to the car, will never go FI, might do basic bolt ons. So i am thinking of doing a JWT flywheel. Should i do the WHOLE package, which i really dont wanna drop cash on, or could i just do the flywheel and be fine?

The problem with replacing ONLY the flywheel is that your clutch pad has already worn to match the original flywheel. Bedding in a clutch that IS NOT new, doesn't really work out too well in high HP applications.
