Default reset ecu

ok today i put in my md aramid gasket and a kinetix v+ upper plenum. after the install i drove the car and sounded the same and i drove out of town like that. when i got back home i was reading instructions on aramid gasket and it mentioned how to reset the ecu. I figured i would do it. after i did it my car seems like it is running a little ruff and not sure if its the plenum or my injen intake that is making a different noise but it sounds totally different now as opposed to when i first drove it after the install. this was the first time i ever reset the ecu and not sure if it is supposed to be like this. can someone tell me what is going on please?

The ECU reset is the same for the 350Z and the Titan. Also look at the idle learn procedure. Hope this helps.
