Gauge wiring help

OK i got a a-pillar with some gauges. On my oil temp gauge it has a wire to connect to a light source. Im guessing its for dimming or something? Where the hell can i hook it up to thats close to the a-pillar?

Based on the latter commenter's response, for '06 it is still the Red/Blue wire as I have shown in the picture that you need to tap in to.
