Question VQ35 "Rocker Arm" ratio?

I know that the VQ35, being an over-head cam engine, does not have rocker arms like a push rod engine but, does anyone know what the ratio is and if there is any companies making ones with a higher ratio? This is a great way to gain lift provided there is piston clearence.

Direct acting cams, right onto the shimbucket don't use rocker arms so no change is possible. You change the cams to make any valve opening changes. Sorry, no easy or cheap tricks here.
