I've done the idle relearn and it still happens from time to time. There is a DIY fix that might work, I think you can find the pdf on the Stillen website. If I find what it's called I'll post it tomorrow. I have the pdf at work.

I have a Pop-Charger and have been to lazy to find a solution or try the fix.

Did the Idle learning process fixed the stalling?

I find this strange cause after almost two years after a plenum spacer/uprev reflash, intake/ and full exhaust I'm noticing this issue when I coast in neutral from about 50-60mph. My theroy is/was that I wouldn't have this problem because of the idle setting from the reflash.

Is it possible it might need a re-tune to correct the problem?

I had a pop charger for years and I never stalled. This is not 'normal' by any means.

Clean your MAF and throttle body (using how-to's so you don't mess things up), then do the throttle relearn.

I have the HKS intake and mine also does the same thing. I just give the throttle 1 small blip upon shifting into neutral to keep the revs from falling off so fast.
