Engine Swap and Wire Harness

Being that its the same engine, do anyone know if my 03 z wire harness will bolt up to a 05 g35 engine. If it doesn't bolt up directly, what do i need for plug n play, and does the ecu need to be changed out?

Will a 05 g35 engine drop directly into my 03 z ( Both VQ35 DE) - Non Hi-REV.
- Which wire harness and ECU need to be used

The '03 engine didn't have a wideband O2 sensor but the 2004.5 and later did. The ECU is different. There may be other differences.
