are you sure everything was assembled right? throwout bearung, pilot bushing, the splines in all the way? is the tranny oyu bought in good condition? how about all the conections, are they all hooked up? try the simple things first then go from there

Like bbs said, start with the little things.

I'd first check all the wiring to make sure it was reconnected correctly and that all the necessary sensors/switches are functioning. I'd also give special attention to the crankshaft positioning sensor. It's very sensitive to impact, metal debris, and magnetic surfaces so if it wasn't handled/stored carefully while the work was being done that could be your problem.

Everything is connected the car shift smoothly etc..I did noticed that the CPS had some metal debris on it..Ill check that again..

Also On the tranny there are 2 sensor hooked on each side..I dont know if the guy who installed the tranny put the sensors on the correct way..

Are these the speed sensor???

Those are just the neutral safety switch and the switch for the reverse lights. ...nothing that would likely cause the type of problem you're having.
