Default Clutch and flywheel combo

Hi guys,

I want to know what clutch/flywheel combo is the best for a z with bolt ons
I was looking for ACT, competition clutch or JWT...maybe RPS or JUN flywheel
I want it the less noisy as possible.

Am I better to keep the stock clutch with a flywheel???
Is the prolite ACT flywheel is to light for street driving???

help me please
thanks

Welcome. Plenty of clutch-flywheel critiques here. Read and learn.

stock bites in comparison to at least a JWT clutch........

the clutch is so much more predictable and confidence inspiring.......

also i beat the hell outta mine at local drift events and the JWT clutch has been amazing.....pair that with the flywheel and motul fluid and ss line and your golden......

The confidence and predictability are what are crucial......

I'm running ACT, ACT will gives you some kinda chatters at low RPMs. But it graps good and no problem so far. I love it.

Lightweight flywheel setup will gives you chatter at some point.

Gear rattle or chatter is a by product of running a lightweight flywheel. Here is a very good link explaining it.

What is gear rattle or chatter

Yes, it sounds horrible but I love my JWT clutch and flywheel setup. It really improved performance.
