I may decide to not do the flywheel when changing out the clutch. Does anyone know a clutch that is stronger than the OEM one yet is still very normal for day to day driving and can be used with the stock flywheel? thanks!

there are many many many choices, go check out the engine drivetrain section, even check the classifieds.

Unless you have an HR then your choices are limited to a few.
