Its a 2006 Grand touring. The OEM clutch is failing and I want to put an upgraded clutch that wont change the pedal feel/engagement that much. I dont plan on FI, I just want a clutch that will last better than OEM. Is the stage 1 good for what I am looking for? will it void my Warranty?

The warranty issue is up to your dealer. The law is that they have to prove that the part you installed caused the failure you are asking them to cover. So, if you install an aftermarket clutch and your air conditioning stops working, those are obviously unrelated. However if you install an aftermarket clutch and you blow your transmission, you may have a harder time - just depends on the dealer.

As far as a clutch lasting, no one can tell you if any aftermarket clutch will last longer than the stock one, as it's not so much the clutch itself, but more how it's treated by the user. Plenty of people have at, or near 100k miles + on the stock clutch, others don't even get to 10k miles. All depends how it's driven.
