Need to know??? (PCD Chip)

PCD Performance Chip Stage 1

dues anyone know anything about this, is it a POS??? has anyone put it in there 350Z?

pleas help dont know if i shout get it or not. im new to the forume and only had my 350 for about 4 weeks
